Shop Overview

Because of the size of units we work with and the depth of work we do we have to have a shop space that is set up to make sure we can accomplish the job.

Our shop has dimensions of 45 X 120 feet. It has 4 separate bays.  We fix chopper boxes in two of these bays.  We equipped both shop bays with a full line of tools and shop supplies.  Additionally, these two bays have swinging hoists.  This allows us for the most versatility in working with each job.  Meanwhile, the other two bays store equipment critical to the services we provide.

High Bay

The high bay is 45 X 47.  It has a height that allows us to change box and gears inside the bay. We can also use all the numerous overhead and swinging hoists to completely disassemble boxes into different areas as needed for repair. Once the time comes to reassemble the box we can once again using the height and hoists to do the job with ease.

Low Bay

Meanwhile, the low bay is next door.  In that spot, we repair running gears and gravity boxes using the swinging hoist in much the same way as in the high bays.
